This is the main gripe I have with soccer, there can be a guy on the ground with his leg broken in 3 places and I will still be skeptical if hes really hurt or not.

That's not how this works, the US has 1 more point than Wales. If USA and Wales both win, USA actually wins the group.

We have 2 group points from 2 draws, with a win we get 3 more. 5 points. Wales only has 1 group point, the most they can get is 3 with a win today, so 4 total.
