I don't think any of their more reasonable fans are expecting him to stay past next season.
He's recruited well from a program building standpoint. His first class was a lot of JUCO guys to help him win right away, but last years class didn't have nearly as many, and I think this class is mostly focused on HS kids as well. That should help the new coach with continuity.
They just have to make another home-run hire.
