Nope. Tulane got 'robbed' on a play like that a few years ago. The player must get OB on his own.

I think the rule is supposed to be if the player is pushed backwards and out of bounds, they rule it forward progress in the field of play. I didn't see this play in that way, and given the situation of the game and how close it was if that was his thought, that was a shitty call to make.

A lot of people left after Masson threw a pick. 13 from ULM was cursing us out after they went up 35-24. Then he shot out quick after the game.
