That has to be the worst showing of a fighter that dominated the fight. He didn't want to stand and trade with Mir or go to the ground with Mir. Pitiful.

In fairness he has some strong looking dirty boxing punches. Everyone dirty boxes, but it actually looked like some of those hits were pretty bruising.

Melendez is the last of the prominent in his camp to get a shot at the ufc belt. It'd be hard for them to swallow being 0-4 and to the same 2 guys to boot
