Maybe he said "boo" a decision and not "blew" it. So that wouldn't be bad.

Does the UFC put the division on hold again for a rematch? Who's the number one contender anyway?

Assuming Aldo beats Pettis, cant wait to see Jose without having to make that dreadful weight cut.

Close fight, but I gave it to Bendo.
And who expected Nate Diaz to get finished?

I feel like i watched a different fight than everyone else. There is no way in hell gilbert won 3 rounds. Hell he won the first bur every other round benson landed about twice as many strikes and was never even close to being "hurt". Gilbert is a tough son of a bitch but the replays sbowed that bensons elbiw and punches and knees were connecting hard

What the frick was this guy on? Can i get some of that. Ive never understood the hate for Benson, he is my favorite. But lay off the crack pipe man, no way gilbert won 4 rounda unless u just broke physics

Not my fault you can't be objective. And at strike counts.

I had it 3-2 Bendo, but every round was really close. These kind of fights deserve rematches. I have no desire to see Maynard or ducking TJ Grant fight for the title.

there are other fights i'd rather see, like pettis or aldo vs. bendo. gilbert did a good job of keeping every round pretty close, but over the course of the fight benson landed almost twice as many strikes while throwing less, and a lot more significant strikes. the kick the the shin sounded like he hit him with a baseball bat

gilbert can take a hit, thats for sure. thats why it didn't look lopsided on tv.

Watching the fight I had it 3-2 Gilbert. The fight metrics didn't make sense to me

With Pettis-Aldo not being until August, a Melendez-Henderson rematch in September makes more sense to me with the two winners fighting each other at the year end show.

I dont understand how they get a biased judge with obvious connections to melendez through cesar gracie in a fight this big. If either of the other judges wouldve fricked up and scored it for melendez they would be a HUGE shitstorm

The only problem with an immediate rematch would be, if Gilbert loses, it would make him 0-2 in the UFC and basically an irrelevant gatekeeper in the division until Benson loses or moves up. I would like to see him fight a few more times before a rematch.
