How? Benson was more annoying active and threw a ton but never really bothered Cerrone minus maybe one leg kick in the 3rd.
Cerrone rocked him nearly twice in the 2nd and had the takedown.
He also gave some effective striking including a kick that bothered Henderson and that big combo to end the 3rd plus the takedown.

Benson kicked the guy in the thigh all night and it only bothered him once in the 3rd. Got taken down twice and got hit with some shots that clearly shook him in the 2nd.

That makes no sense. It was 29-28. Close fight either way. There were a couple of truly bad decisions tonight, but I couldn't fault the judges either way.

At no time did Henderson put Cowboy in any trouble. At least Cowboy did take him down, had a few huge kicks that rocked Henderson. Basically Henderson did was jab. Even the big kicks that Rogan kept talking about didn't really faze Cowboy.
I dont hate the decision and I would be ok with it going the other way. It's hard to blame the Judges when you don't really do much to deserve the win.
