Sucks that he retired without giving tom his shot. And wasting nearly a year… but glad the saga is over. But hw is just in shambles. No contenders for tom

For as much as he talks about how much he is a company man and really lives the sport, he really has been selfish regarding it.

Jones was never taking another fight he had a chance of losing.

So what's up next for Tom? Gane? Even getting rid of Jones the division is still shite.

I'd love nothing more than to see Dana announce Ngannou is returning to face Tom just to shove it in Jones' face since that's who Jones claimed he wanted.

It's the only fight to make. And I'm sure it'll get booked very quickly.

Yeah that would be cool but Francis and Dana don’t seem to get along and I am sure pfl has him locked down

Yeah. I said earlier on another topic that we'd see Brock Lesnar in the octagon. Before we see Francis.

The crappy reality for tom is the heavyweight division is garbage at the moment. He really doesn't have a clear threat with Jones retiring. He can't be a two division champ , he just stuck with boring fights . Maybe gane can be a great fight but he sucks on the ground and tom would dominate him there if he wants.

There really is no one. Volkov? I mean I guess you could let him beat up Blades again?

See if you can talk Poatan into moving up?

This happens often where one guy dominates for a period and is untouchable. All the way until he isn't anymore. You let the rest of the top 5 fight it out and keep letting those guys get chances. Eventually someone will beat Aspinall, or he'll get heralded as the next great. It is what is it

Still better than letting Jon's hang out and pretend like he's the best without fighting the best
