I thought Lawler won 1 and 5, and hendricks took 2,3 and 4.

Still Hendricks probably lost 4 on those judges bc he came out looking to stall and not fight.I would a understood a 10-8 5th round more than giving him the 4th. I guess those elbows to hendricks at the end of 4 won him the fight.

I'm not really infuriated though, just kinda meh. Last 15 seseconds were excitin though.

Hendricks went to sleep in rounds 4 and 5

Lawler slept for rounds 2, 3, and most of 4 until Hendricks started humping his leg. Lawler looked good in the beginning of round 1 and the last minute of round 5. But Hendricks was stupid as frick for trying to coast when he was dominating the exchanges in the stand up for most of the fight after the beginning of round 1.

Hendricks pulled that ostrich head in the sand BS because he had the fight won already. He knew it, Lawler knew it. IDK what fight where a fighter has more strikes landed and a 5-0 takedown advantage and loses.

Between the decision and UFC signing an overrated crybaby rassler, it's Rustlemania on Sherdog tonight.

Is Punk seriously going to fight?

I like Punk, and given his clean-living lifestyle he's probably got more in the tank than your average 36-year old, but that doesn't mean he does not get absolutely destroyed by anyone with talent and training.

He can beat the lower ranked scrubs -- and Dana will get a pay day or two out of him -- but once he faces decent competition, he gets starched or stretched.

DC's facial expressions still crack me up every time

And the UFC will have to sign some scrubs from outside the ufc to fight CM. I highly doubt he would be competitive against even the very worst on the current roster.

It's funny, one of the main reasons he left WWE was because of part timers like Lesnar and Rock coming back to "steal" the spotlight. Now he's doing the very same thing with the UFC. Oh the ironing.

Edit: They should bring back the guy who kept running away from Nate Quarry as his first opponent.

It was a close fight. Hendricks has had his fair share of split decisions wins.

I just rewatched it. It wouldn't have been crazy to give the second round to Robbie. He landed some good shots in that round.

Exactly. They have to sign some amateur scrub who is absolutely terrible for this dude to string a win or two together.

Punk can't hold a candle to Baroni's promo skills, but it'd be fun clusterfrick..

He's too pretty. Feels kinda gay to root for him.

and he only fights every 3rd human gestation period. We love killers like Robby Lawler, Dillashaw, Ronda, Cowboy and that one black guy that no-one can remember his name.
