Clash of heads means they'll go to the cards, won't they?

Starting to think it’s Valentina’s decision to lose at this point

I think it depends on how much credit she got for the damage she did from the bottom position.

Yeah I mean I’m no expert, nor a judge, nor truly know how this is supposed to go. But as someone who watched this fight there is nothing in me that reads “Santos won”.

Truly have no idea. All I think I know is that if valentina is given one of the first 3 rounds, she wins.

Of a fight and an argument for a win.

Split decision coming, but I think champ will keep the belt

Split decision with Valentina taking it.

Santos will be the champ one day soon.

The clash of heads really sucked.

The hard part is we've never seen Valentina struggle like this against anyone outside of Nunes. It could sway the judges.

And it's not that far fetched because she was very very active from the bottom on those first two takedowns that's what it boils down to. I'd rather be in Valentina's position right now.

Especially since the ref called Santos for stalling.

The 49-46 gave it away early that it was Val. I think despite getting controlled a bit in the 1st 3, she was way ahead in strikes and damage I suppose.

Never thought Val would get tested like that by Santos. Props to her. Really have to wonder how different it is without the swelling from the head collision. Wouldn’t mind seeing them run it back

not that crazy to be honest. Now of course the fight as a whole was closer than that.

Santos won the wrestling match but literally zero damage. Just didn't deserve to win.
