I agree. I’m maga but his act is cringe. I understand why he does it but I wish he wouldn’t.

Same with usman. He’s an American from Texas, stop with the Nigerian act.

However, I’m old school like that.

Usman won the 5th regardless of whether it was stopped or not, so it would have been Usman by split decision either way. But that was a fantastic fight. Usman has a big head too lol he ate some hard shots

I hope the schtick tones down after this loss, because he is a great fighter.

He admitted in one interview that he needed the schtick to elevate his career, but his fighting has spoken.

Usman is a beast.

I think most normal people realize it’s an act, however we don’t like the act.

Some people are good actors, Colby is a good fighter.

Bottom line is fighters are making peanuts compared to boxers, they can't rely on performance alone. They've got to draw viewers in however they can. Sucks but that's just the way it is if you wanna get paid.

Some fighters are making peanuts compared to some boxers. Go down the card past the main event and fighters are making much more

It took boxing 100+ years for fighters to realize the power they have in regards to promoting their own fight. There are a few reasons and thoughts I like to speculate on...The time will come when a star comes alone and organizes the fight on his own. McGregor has been the closest one. It's just more difficult because of the short time that someone is an effective UFC fighter, there have been some fighters that could have done it.. Fedor came along at the wrong time, GSP could have done it..Anderson Silva.

ETA: effective, meaning how short some winning streaks are once someone gains the title.

He's making a killing off being the heel. Hell, he even got the president to latch onto his schtick.

You got pretty lucky especially with the Alto fight but I found it hard to pick against Usman. Just had a feeling he would handle Colby for all that unnecessary shite talking kind of like Khabib-Mcgregor.

I let my want of Colby to win cloud my judgement. Did the same shite with Conor-khabib. Put big money on Conor because I’m such a fan but should have know khabib was going to maul him. Hell I’ll probly do it again if they rematch

How did you know that Holloway would lose?

Holloway has lost some of his luster against Porier. Even against Edgar he look good but not great. Max stays heavy on his front leg and that plays right into the strengths of Alex. I wasn’t sure if Alex would win but it felt like a trap fight for Max.

Its so weird that he never checked those kicks. He also seems to be one dimensional now...Not many kicks, no wrestling.
