Conor showing his dumbass side with that interview. Stick with rehearsed one liners next time buddy
I dont see how anyone could try to talk shite on mcgregor. Dude is the most entertaining sportsman in forever. I guess you gotta have haters though.

I'm watching the "ufc countdown" show. I'm a big mistake fan, but something just seems different about her whike watching all of this old footage.

I'm far from a Conor hater. I laugh at a lot of his material. Just some of his stuff thus go round with Diaz is just stupid, making fun of Diaz teaching kids jiu jitsu being one. It's starting to sound more and more rehearsed wwe bullshite.
I grew up watching Nick Diaz, so I would love to see his little brother kick Conor's arse or submit him just to see how Conor handles it. He will still have the moneyfights at fw and lw. I just want to see how he keeps his act up after losing.
Would be more interesting for me at this point than seeing the same material(some of it is entertaining) I've seen from Conor his last 5 fights
Also if I never have to hear the phrase "mental warfare" again, it would be too soon.

I read it like nate tries to act like a thug all the time then on the weekends he is teaching kids. I doubt he was making fun of him teaching kids, more of him trying to act like a hoodrat.

"You have to teach little kiddies jiu jitsu just to make ends meet"
Definitely sounds like he thinks he is above teaching kids the sport.
Also just seems a bit rich for Conor to rub his money in everyone's face every chance he gets when he was on social welfare 3 years ago. But I've never liked others flaunting money in others' face.
And then he gets pissed when Nate calls him a rich kid. I don't get it

is Nate Diaz retarded or slow?

That CNBC interview was even better than the FS1 interview
And I only watched a couple seconds of the unstoppable press conference, but I did catch Jon jones say something about "tax reductible"

He sounds so unintelligent. He said he did not know what a gazelle was.
He just needs to smoke some weed and head to the ring.

Neither. I've watched both Nick and Nate for years and they seem to have social anxiety issues, disdain for stupid media questions and never have much to say at press conferences leading up to fights. If you ever have the opportunity to speak to them you will learn very quickly they are not dumb, just the opposite. The fact that they came up out of Stockton should dispel this notion of stupidity.

Nick and Nate are two of the nicest guys you could meet. Both are very friendly and down to Earth

I didnt realize how hard mcgregor hit diaz hand on that faceoff.
you could hear it in this video

I think he has to get fined for that.

the part of the press conferance that caught my attention was that Nate apparently actually did just get paid $40K for his last fight. I just thought had to have been a stupid rumor or misquote prior to that presser. I thought that guys at his level at least made 100-300k for a fight. I mean they only fight once or twice a year most years. How can a professional athlete in the UFC near the top of his division just make 40K for a fight? What is that about?

yeah its fricked up. they used to be able to make more with sponsors until the reebok deal. a guy like nate that people know and watch could have prob brought in close to 100k or more per fight in just sponsors.
now they get chicken scratch from reebok. I guess they make ends meet teaching kids how to do jujitsu on the weekend.

Why would they only be fighting once a year?
Posted on 3/5/16 at 11:52 am to Maximus
Cain has only fought 1 time in the last 5 years. Aldo and Cruz aswell
