Can you imagine the amount of shite that's going to come out of McGregor's mouth if he gets a quick KO? The shite/melt storm will be real for MMA.

I'd go apeshit if he gets a shot at the 155lb belt. In a good way because whoever has that belt is gonna make it a hell of a fight.

Cerrone, RDA, Pettis, would be stellar fights. Do they make him beat a 155'r first? Tony Ferguson, Michael Johnson, Dariush, Iaquinta, or Bendo would be really good tests for McGregor in the LW division.

He's going to have to beat Aldo twice, then Frankie. Dana will convince hi to stick to FW. How does it make business sense to allow him to leave the FW division for dead if as soon as he takes the gold? You'll see Conoor at LW immediately after a loss, though.

b/c Conor-Cerrone is the best dynamic and best drawing fight they could do between 145 & 155.. imagine that at an 80,000 seat stadium in Dublin

Then he should stay in FW but fight a catchweight fight against Cerrone

Why would people want to see Connor move up to fight the 4th best LW in the world

I have to agree here. And unless Aldo retires, the immediate rematch is unavoidable.

Unless you are certain (I'd be on this train too) that RDA is going to come in at about half the size and strength he normally is, Cerrone is the same fighter that got blanked by RDA in 2013, and a win here is unlikely.

Either way, there are too many pieces in place in both divisions and contenders looming. Dana and co. don't like these "Superfights" unless absolutely necessary.

I'm not picking Cerrone to beat RDA.. but purely on a hypothetical that both Conor and Cerrone win this month.. it's by far the most money making fight right now.. Cerrone was the only dude with enough business sense at the presser thing to build up a fight with Conor.

Conor has already fought in the past at 155 and said yesterday if he beats Aldo; he's moving to 155

I would imagine a rematch but if not's close then I doubt they do an immediate rematch.

There is nothing special about Conner that Aldo hasn't seen

The only thing that he does that Aldo hasn't faced much is fight southpaw. That could presumably affect his leg kicks, but Aldo buckled Kenny Florian with leg kicks and Florian doesn't have bird legs like McGoober.

Jose was the one bitching about this and saying he was going to violate it.

Next week TUF, Jose will be there with Uriah. That should be interesting

The IV issue effects Aldo more than Conor from what people that know alot more about the sport than me have stated...

and the dude's name is spelled CONOR.

The guy(Artem Lobov) on TUF that appears to be the favorite as of now is 11-10-1-1 record. They actually have try-outs for the show?!!

Rousey vs. Holm rematch confirmed. Hasn't set a date but I would expect UFC 200
