He's not that much taller. He's probably a 1 1/2 inches taller. I think most people have said he's comparable size not the same size.

If he played nfl football without playing in college, you can bet your arse he was athletic enough.

How about a picture of the staredown with Mir in the center of the octagon 10 seconds before the fight. Did Mir wear shoes to that?

Ok. I thought he had had a short stint. I think he would grade out high in a combine against other nfl d linemen. I am only talking speed strength and agility

Brock Lesnar vs. Shane Carwin i'd like to see shane win, but i think brock will take him to the ground for his win
Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Chris Leben leben is not on sexyama's level
Chris Lytle vs. Matt Brown i like both these fighters, but i'm going with lytle because of his chin
Krzysztof Soszynski vs. Stephan Bonnar cause stephan sucks
George Sotiropoulos vs. Kurt Pellegrino george is no pushover...i think he sub's pell in the first

Undercard:

Brandon Schaub vs. Chris Tuchscherer don't know enough about CT, and brandon does not impress me....i'll predict a draw LOL
Kendall Grove vs. Goran Reljic hoping he gets back to his old form
Seth Petruzelli vs. Ricardo Romero cause he knocked out Kimbo and we all know kimbo was the man! <rolls eyes>
Gerald Harris vs. Dave Branch don't know either, so i'm not picking this one
Daniel Roberts vs. Forrest Petz see above "prediction"
Jon Madsen vs. Karlos Vemola only cause i've heard his name before

ok, so everyone agrees that carwin probably has the advantage standing up, and brock probably has the advantage at wrestling, but who do yall think has the better stamina/cardio?

i doubt either one has much cardio. takes a lot of oxygen to pump to those 300lbs of roid muscles.

I also think Brock could have better standup. We know Carwin has ridonkulous power but his boxing is horrible and Brock has had a year away to mold his standup. He's so new to the sport, he could have evolved a shitload since the last fight.

true, i just think that cardio could play a huge role in saturday's fight. if it doesn't end quickly (like many expect), both these guys should be gassed and hopefully it doesn't turn into a L&P

I don't know whose cardio is better but if the fight goes the way I think it will with Lesnar on top of Carwin then Carwin will gas first. A dominant position can save you a shitload of energy over the other guy.

Lesnar tried out for the Vikings purely because his combine type numbers were off the fricking charts for a guy his size. He is as athletic as hell. There is some crazy 40 time he ran for the Vikes. I'm sure SFP remembers it.
