West gets nearly 20

They don't get easy baskets. And their both not a puer scorer.

have you watched any games this year? What has Chandler done to impress you?

I understand that but it goes both ways if you have no inside threat than its hard for your shooters to get open (peja Butler)...are scores are not that good but it kills a scorer when you have no big man that can score.

I agree its not a good trade but for everyone who thinks tyson is great you are wrong. hes average at best and all tho it was a bad trade i dont see a huge drop off with hilton as the starter.

By default. Cause they don't have a center and since he is the tallest player on the team he plays there.

No Tyson is fricking garbage. But hes better than 2/3 of the garbage Centers in the NBA.

All I'm saying is I think it is easier for the Hornets to find a replacement for West than Chandler.

UNLESS, the Hornets got a first round pick out of the deal than I am just so frustrated by this trade.

Define pure scorer?

who cares if its pure or fricking not. If you score, you score. Bottom line.

Guys that can do everything. Score in the paint and shoot the ball.

West can sort of score in the paint, but he can shoot it

Paul can sort shoot a little, but he can score 12 feet and in with the best of them.

Right. So he is a center.

Just cause a team plays a guy at Center doesn't make him a Center. Is Magic a Center ? Cause he played there

Dude, Rasheed is better at playing the 4 than the 5. He's played there his whole life. And you know this, yet you still say he's a Center. You know he's a PF. Im not defending Chandler's play, just saying there aren't to many guys out there that are better than him, the NBA big men fricking suck.

So by your standpoint...

He's started at center for 50 fricking games. That was your quote

HE'S PLAYED PF FOR OVER 800 frickING GAMES.

Now what position do you think he is best used as ?

he's been a center the last 3 years, and at the end of his run in Portland he played some Center

No he hasn't. He doesn't bang down low, he weakside blocks shots, and takes 3 pointers. You know he is a PF that can play Center if necessary, and you don't want him guarding a true Center in the playoffs cause you will be in deepshit.

Trademarks of a PF. Centers don't score in this league. And the ones that due dominate. So the key is finding a guy that is decent enough defensively to be able to guard these guys. Now I'm not saying TC is a great or even a good defender. He's a mediocre defender. But most Centers in this league or fricking garbage defenders.
