He's not. Lebron is the coach.

Case in point, I remember when Shaq and the Lakers used to get sodomized by the Jazz because they couldn't defend the pick and roll with Stockton and Malone.

It's hard to argue that. They're just too explosive offensively. I didn't think last years team was the GOAT, but this team has a legit argument.

Bird , McHale , Parrish you have a big the warriors won't be able to match up with.

Magic, Worthy, Kareem who is stopping Kareem?

How are the warriors stopping a physical Shaq? In the early 2000's you couldn't stop Shaq without fouling.

GSW 2017 are an all time great team for sure. Watching them lately when they've really turned it on compared to what they were before this season it's just scary.

They still are that explosive offensive where you can't leave the shooters (Steph especially) on an island or they'll run you out of the gym. Adding KD to that has given them a whole different element and raised their level.

I legitimately feel that there are not many teams in league history that would beat these guys

It's simple. It's not about stopping shaq. It's about neutralizing him.

1.) Push the pace whenever he's on the floor. He'd tire.

2.) Attack him with the high screen and roll when he's on defense. Shaq trying to stay in front of a swashbuckling Curry or KD? Don't make me laugh.

I agree why would you say this before the series is over?

Was not a dirty play.

I had it happen. You go up, you come down on someones foot, sprained ankle.

If they do win in a sweep, I want them to just go for it next year- try to win 75 games, etc- Kerr is probably too much of a Pop disciple to let that happen (they'd have to stop resting people as much) especially after last year but I want to see it.

Durant scored the majority of those points uncontested.

Read the Deadspin article on this it has some good clips- a lot of the open dunks were because the Cavs chased after Steph to prevent the easy 3.

In first half korver and love were oh for 3 pt line.

He made a 3 to open the game didn't he? Besides he went for 15 and 20+ boards he was the second best Cav on the floor.

100% true and that Laker team was better than this Warrioes team too. When these Warriors 3peat even in a vastly weak league then ppl can start to talk about greatest team ever.

No they wouldn't have. It was impossible to go 16-0 in the 2001 playoffs.

People see the 15-1 and then use math instead of logic.

I agree, but my old daddy who is an 80's hippie thinks those Lakers and Celtics squads would destroy them because of their bigs and the ability to dominate the post with players who know how to operate out of the post.

He says, "Nobody got layups unless they ended up 2 rows up".

Just passing along words.

I remember those teams and they would be competitive, but defensively Golden State is the Pistons and Offensively they are the lakers of the 80's in 1 rolled up bunch.

Dude played for the 2001 Lakers.

Not sure why he would say this.

I think the Warriors would dominate them, save for Kareem.

I saw those bucks beat a nice bulls team with Sloan, walker.

Solid 7' bulls center boerwinkle unable to contain mighty kareem.

Dandridge got hot. Did his imitation of Klay thompson en fuego.

My fandom did not prepare me for the series.
Ouch.
