Congrats to Lester though. Big time heart and determination pays off. I have to root for the kid but I would bet my house it ends for him next fight. Big heart but he doesn't have much skill at all.

I'm pretty sure he was serious about the acting or pro wrestling. used the show to get some free publicity. He's been a showman the whole time, now using the mouthpiece as almost an excuse.

This may be Germans, but during UFC 98, was that DeMarcus in Matt Hughes' corner? I thought I saw him there on the walkout and during the match.

Demarcus has trained with Jeremy Horn for years. Horn and hughes are buddies and old training partners so I'd assume the two camps cross train with each other a lot.

Hats off to my man for showing mad heart in fighting again only after a few days rest, but he really isn't good. At all. I know he was gassed but he didn't listen to one word Henderson said during the fight. Such as Circle or throw straight punches and you win. Regardless, that should be a huge boost for Team usa

Frank isn't very good and most likely will lose in his next figh. However, by fighting and winning on only a few days rest and less notice with no teeth and a busted face he earned at a minimum a fight in the Finale and a undercard fight on a UFN or a ppv. Dana loves that shite.

Plus they have "featured" him a lot more than most of the other fighters, so he is recognizable when he fights again. shite, David Kaplan being a drunk douche and getting KO'd in the house earned him 3 fights in the UFC.
