He's not a horrible decision-maker, but I don't think he has the ability to win games largely through his own efforts.

Game manager is probably his ceiling, but there are a lot of teams that don't even have that.

Time and time again? He's only been in the NFL for 2 years. He hasn't been amazing or anything. But I think it's a bit early to just completely shut the door on him all together.

Mike McD at the helm now as well.

Dolphins will be a player if their O-line isn't the turd in the punch bowl.

and signing Terron Armstead is a nice paper signing but he'll miss time with injuries.

there is no getting around that.
