He didn't. His head slammed on the ground when he fell. It really didn't look out of a normal fall/play. He reacted terribly though.
It looked like he was squeezing a trainer's hand quickly, like they were telling him to. But, on the stretcher leaving, that wasn't what you'd want to see a player doing. I hope he's alright.
