How is this even allowed?
Am I seeing correctly? He went to Ole Miss?
He's clearly proud of Ole Miss as he's wearing their shirt.
He is a football guy who played QB at a community college?
Yeah, he's totally going to rule against Chambliss and have the state hate him.
Sorry if I am misreading anything as I am tired, but wow.

NCAA has won 26 of 36 eligibility cases in which a judge made an injunction
This is broad. Could cover a litany of issues regarding an injunction rather than just play time
quote:
Eight more eligibility suits have been voluntarily dismissed
So the NCAA lost these 8 and didn't want to litigate

How does a chancery court judge in Mississippi have the authority to order the NCAA to do anything outside of MS?
From the court's webpage:
The Lafayette County Chancery Court hears cases involving matters in equity, divorce and alimony, child custody, last will and testament, guardianships, conservatorships, cases of idiocy, lunacy, and persons of unsound mind, matters of land deeds and title disputes.
(Well, maybe the bold text explains it.)
