Romo haters are usually the most unknowledgeable people on earth, simply delusional! The guy is a top 10 QB easily, no one is saying he is a HOF type of player. geesh

never hear about that do we?

Look at the teams he has played in the last 5 or 6 games. Everyone knew the Cowboys were going to chalk up some victories because the teams they had coming up in the last half of their schedule were mediocre to say the least.

They played the Eagles twice, the Browns, the Bengals, and the Steelers.

No doubt. Dudes a freak. On Romo, he's playing as well as he's ever played, imo... He IS the leader of his team, and I wasn't sure is ever say that about him. I'm not jumping the shark by saying he's "elite" or whatever nonsensical label people like to throw around. He's a solid QB, equally capable or brilliance and asshattery. Works for me.

Dallas has plenty of problems, but I don't consider Romo to be one of them anymore.

Disagree but you can go on thinking that. But anyone can look like Peyton Manning when they play the following games:

@ Philadelphia (W)
vs. Cleveland (W)
vs. Washington (L)
vs. Philadelphia (W)
@ Cincinnati (W)
vs. Pittsburgh (W)

Philly is 4-10 and they played them twice, Cleveland is 5-9, Cincinnati is 8-6, and Pittsburgh is 7-7. Only one of their wins was against a team over .500. Two of those teams won't even have a head coach at the end of the year.

The Broncos have beaten 2 teams with winning records all year. But hey, lets hold Romo to a different standard.

No, but I did say there was more than a couple. Meaning it wasn't just a few saying it. There were a shite ton.

If Romo played for anyone but the Cowboys, he would receive ZERO criticism. It's the star on the helmet, not the man wearing it.

I think it's funny though. A lot of people hate the Cowboys more than they love their own team. Even though the Cowboys have only had one really good season in the last 15 years (only to flame out in the playoffs) they are still the most polarizing team in the NFL. And I think it's hilarious that it bothers non-Cowboy fans so much.

I hate to keep picking on Saints fans, because I am well aware it's a minority, but since I'm from La and of course a good majority of my friends are Saints fans I notice it more....But one of my friends that also happens to post on here was pulling HARD for the Falcons that week Dallas played them. His status update was something like "Well the Saints won't win the division anyway, so today we're all Falcons fans." And turns out, if Dallas had won that game, and the way the Saints got on that streak, that game actually meant a lot to the Saints. But he hates Dallas so bad, he'd rather see his team miss the playoffs it appears.

just an example of a fan hating our team more than they love theirs.

So they won games they were supposed to win? Got it. How many games does romo lose that he's supposed to win?

The point is he can't win. If we'd lost 2 of those games everyone would be all like "lolz Tony Homo choked again." but since we won, they're all like "So what, you're supposed to win those."

First of all, winning is not easy in the NFL. I don't care who you are playing each week, there are no gimmies. 2nd, that win in Cinci was fricking huge. Just saying.

Every team that Dallas has lost to has a winning record. The teams have a combined 54-30 record. So, fail on your part.

Exactly. I like how Rolltide1987 says Dallas beat Cinci and Steelers like it was some fricking gimme!

Also, I work with Saintards, I have vendors and subcontractors that are Saintards, and most of my friends are Saintards and let me tell you that they all think they are America's team now and they have this sense of elitism! And their hate for Dallas is deep!

Yes, he can. If he can get his team to a Super Bowl I will lighten up on him. The fact of the matter is Romo is called a "great" QB when he has yet to win shite. He's the most overrated QB in the league.
