Can we introduce Brian Billick with Dilfer (Admitted anomaly with that defense), Gruden with Brad Johnson? Are Flacco & Eli considered elite?

Eli will be in the HOF, so yes. Flacco was also elite that year they won it. My point is you need great qb play to win. The bucks and Ravens teams you mentioned had all time great defenses. And that's hard to do nowadays with all the rule changes.
Reminder that Brady was on the sidelines when Seattle had the ball on the 2 yard line going in for the win. Football is team game.

I remember Flacco having a great season his 1st SB, just couldn't recall where he stood for his 2nd SB. With that said, with his defenses, he just needed to not give the game away. Not the same level of defense Billick had, but still a great defense in their own right.
For at least 1 of those SBs, I do recall some of the talk in the sports world was Eli was the weak link on that team. Granted, could have been some shock reporting to get attention before the game; but the fact they could make those comments make me think that while he will be a HOF guy, he was not playing at an elite level that year

He will probably get in because it’s the Hall of guys who won Super Bowls but was he ever considered one of the top 5 QBs in the game? In 16 years he only made the playoffs 6 times and 4 of those they went 0-4

Eli was definitely a game manager in 07, like Brady was in 01. They both had great defenses to lean on. The giants upset that great pats team because of an unbelievable performance from the Dline. Again, team game

Eli didn’t have an elite defense in 2007. They made and won a Super Bowl because they went from averaging 2 TOs a game during the regular season to only having 2 their entire 4 game playoff run.
