This is exactly what they are shooting for. Those daytime talk shows are the sports version of the supermarket tabloids with Bat Boy and the 5-headed dog.

Brady was 38 when he said that. While he poured it on a little too thick, it's not crazy to think a talented NFL QB is going to tumble down a cliff at that age based on historical precedent.
