And counting... (a colloquialism for 'more to come').

It's fun to play around on the MSB but in real life it must suck to have to argue against virtually every expert observer and NFL HOFer on the planet...

so i guess the patriots hadnt been caught and punished twice for cheating?

i mean if you are okay with that its fine. You are also probably okay with cheating on your gf/wife also... Some people are okay with those things, its cool everyone is different.

Actually it is fun to argue against "experts" especially in sports, though regardless of field, they are often spectacular wrong.

However, It takes no expertise what so ever when your argument boils down to simple counting ie RINGS. If you bothered to read rather than just post pics of your man crush, you'd see some of us are not arguing for against Brady or some other QB for some meaningless title like "the GOAT". We argue that winning titles are a product of teams and that compared to many other QB;s Brady has had superior teams (as did Montana).

actually he won 2 without Brady, 1986 and 1990 as DC of the Giants. Parcells has just as many rings with out BB as Brady

Envy - desire to have a quality, possession, or other desirable attribute belonging to (someone else).
Quality - Football playing ability

Possession - HIs wife ?

Desirable attribute - His dashing good looks

That's not the context he meant

Howevah, I never really had a desire to be super famous so no, I'm not "envious" of his status or athletic ability and his wife is grossly over rated, relatively speaking of course

I'm guessing you're referring to all the ridiculous number crunching about who had what defense or what someone's passer rating was in all those seasons when they didn't make the playoffs or other such self-serving arguments like 'the system' or 'continuity' (really?) or 'cheating' (deliciously absurd...funny how no one put together a chart explaining the Ideal Gas Law -probably because some number crunching dweeb hadn't already done it for them, to be fair...), etc., etc., ad nauseam.

History remembers champions. The champion that is Tom Brady, it just so happens, will retire with the vast majority of position-related records. And championships. These are the facts.

Forever seemed like such a long time back in 2015, when those legendary analysts Weitzman and Freeman (who are often mentioned in the same breath as Grantland Rice or Red Smith ) were twitting...uh, tweeting for followers.

I wonder what those heavyweights of sports journalism are saying today? More sore loser thoughts or just muted observations?
