Well yeah, A first year QB, first year rb, and a second year Wr aren’t going to lead a team anywhere when the rest of the team is complete arse.

Are they quality pieces or not? You can't have it both ways. A fourth year head coach can't work some new quality pieces into the fold successfully? All I ever see on here is people making excuses for a shitty coach. Take it from an actual great New York Giants head coach:

Also before the season they were expecting their defense to be great so if the whole team was complete arse then they failed their own expectations.

No team competes at a high level with a rookie QB unless the rest of the team is stacked with talent and it’s obvious that team was deficient in talent before they picked Dart.

The Giants lucked out in getting Harbaugh. He’s a better coach than Daboll, but if they keep drafting shite players and signing shite in free agency, then no coach is going to solve their problems.

Why did the defense underperform? Do you think maybe the head coach has something to do with that? I saw a team that was unfocused, uninterested, and undisciplined. It isn't just about talent, culture matters. When did Daboll's teams ever have a winning culture? Daboll, the GM and ownership share the blame for that.

Happy for the Titans since I don't care much for them.

The guy was in way over his head and he’s a trash head coach. Are you really pointing to winning to one playoff victory 4 years ago as your as the reason he’s a good head coach? He was hired because if the Sabam mystique and he never did anything. And being voted COY doesn’t mean squat. It’s like a participation trophy for retarded head coaches.

Explain how Daniel Jones was total arse with the Giants, left and immediately had a really good year.
