The courts won't allow 1 and 2.

Fans don’t seem to understand that, they think someone is going to come riding in on a white horse and return things to the way they were but it ain’t happening.

This is a business. The courts are going to treat it as any other business.

1. Eliminate yearly transfers. Every player can get one free transfer. After that, they need to sit out a year.

What if the head coach leaves or gets fired?

eventual 32 team playoffs

If this year has taught you anything it should be that college football fans don’t want any real playoff…they just want whatever bluebloods in it. Good thing Indiana won cause had they not some Texas fan would have brought up that they beat Indiana in 1940 proving that Texas is more deserving of a playoff spot than Indiana.

Gradually? NIL and the wide open transfer portal essentially happened in an offseason.

Conference expansion was an avalanche over several years, but it made scheduling so imbalanced you can’t make a reasonable comparison with even in conference teams.

There was pre-BCS, BCS, then whatever tf this garbage is. It was by design to wring as much money out of the sport as humanly possible. Lots of back room discussions I can assure year.

This is pretty easy to figure . . . Its the mouse via ESPN!

Just follow the money and it will always lead you to who is behind it!

So you like watching Tulane, James Madison and Boise get blown out instead of watching those teams compete for their own title?

Nobody is watching this except for betting degenerates and a few Alumni that cares about football!
