There is no luck in golf. If you hit a good putt from 3 feet it goes in, doesnt horseshoe .... It's just you, the ball, and the course.... How many times in the past have you seen Tiger or any other golfer hit in the woods and it miraculously ends up in the fairway ??? It is part of the game

You going to be ok, man. I'm a little worried about your mental state. Don't worry, odds are Tiger will shoot 70+ and you can have 2 more months before your prediction is put to the test again.

You're enjoying this tiger woods dick sucking competition on tv aren't you?

So, hitting the flag stick from 87 yards and having the ball end up in a pond isn't bad luck?

Just think of how much had to go right to pull off winning The Masters. If Tiger somehow wins this thing it'll be one of the most impressive victories in golf history. And I'm 100% fine with people not acknowledging it in the record books.

And he is a correct ruling from being DQed.
Let me say this again: This is horseshite.
Tiger made a drop. The ball was within a club length from the divot, not nearer to the hole. The rules official with the group said nothing at the time.
After the round, the competition committee said nothing when they signed his card.
Tiger made a comment about trying to get a better lie to "avoid hitting the flag stick again." Now, I bet you Tiger's Nike $$$ that you could give him 100 balls from that lie and he wouldn't hit the flagstick twice, let alone two times in a row. I'm relatively sure he was saying that in jest.
If it is true that this was set in motion by a viewer calling in on the phone, people should be fired. You mean to tell me Johnny 20-handicapper has a better interpretation of a correct drop watching on his TV than the goddamn rules official with the group? Or the competition committee at Augusta freakin National?
To me, this is the equivalent of a close play at first base during the World Series being overturned by some random phone call from a viewer on TV. Bubba's comments after the round were spot on. I'm willing to bet most of the players are pissed about it. If we have resorted to rules interpretations being influenced by the general public, it could happen to any one of them.

No, he was serious. If you don't think 2 yards makes a difference for these guys from 87 yards out, you don't understand how good they are.

You'd lose.
