So undisiciplined from Toneil Carter, but that's a forward pass. And you are supposed to let the play go, but not the replay determine it. Call it an incomplete pass on the field.

You can reverse a TD, you can’t make a TD on review if you blow it dead. They did it right, but the review should take 2 seconds
