This is one of the most interesting bowl games to me. UCF owns the longest winning streak in the FBS at 25 games but LSU will the best team they have played since Auburn in the peach bowl. UCF is still a very good team but not as good as they were in 2017, that team made every play and destroyed almost everyone they played. For LSU, a couple of disappointing losses to Florida and Texas A&M ruined an otherwise impressive season.

Why UCF wins: The Knights want it more. Beating another SEC program in a NY6 bowl would further legitimize their program. UCF outscores a bad LSU offense and makes enough stops to preserve their winning streak.

Why LSU wins: Superior program pushes around a bunch of 3 stars. UCF's starting QB for this game is run first, which plays into the teeth of LSU's defense. Dave Aranda's group dominates, LSU controls the game.

LSU should be able to hold UCF to under 17 points even if they are missing 5 starters on defense.

Ucf let up over 300 rushing yards in the first half to Memphis. Lsu is gonna roll. Will be similar to lsu vs Texas tech a few years ago. Ucf may get some points but lsu is going to avg 8+ yd per carry

This is the perfect matchup for LSU’s anemic offense. Just as the Texas tech run d was in the Texas bowl

Ordinarily I probably wouldn't care, maybe even pull for the underdog (was rooting HARD for ucf last year over auburn of course) but I'm about sick and tired of this UCF hype that is absolutely unwarranted. I'm reayd to see LSU beat them by 30, although who knows where LSU's heads will be.

If McKenzie Milton was playing I would probably pick UCF outright to be honest. Not sure how the backup will do against LSU's front

I’d feel a lot better about it if Greedy and Fulton were playing. UCF doesn’t play great defense and at times the LSU offense has been able to score-think Ole Miss, Georgia, and A&M.

They lost a guy who's having a good rookie season for the Saints.

I'm a lifelong LSU fan and UCF alum, and I have very little interest in this game without McKenzie Milton playing.

tRant as stupid as it can be sometimes is usually a good indicator of how the team is feeling about and treating the game. I think we come out flat and lose to be honest. I hated this matchup. Had we got Michigan I think we would’ve worked them.

Snelson if he goes pro. 3rd best WR is an Ole Miss transfer who was a top 200 recruit. 4th best WR had a bunch of big offers.

It’d be very interesting if they had Milton. With White playing I think LSU gets it done on defense. Our offense has shown it can produce against less than stellar defenses.

LSU 34
UCF 23
