I've never been a fan of JT. I think he's a hot head on the course. If he had a spectator tossed for making a comment after he teed off, then he's just a dick.
The only golfer I have ever rooted against is Rory Sabbatini. I may add JT to that list.

Most of them are actually fine with continual noise. It’s sudden bursts of noise that cause them to flinch that they don’t like. In a golf swing there’s so little margin for error, a flinch could be disastrous.
If you go to golf trounaments that have Club sections around certain greens, there’s almost always a constant buzz of generators, people, TVs, etc.

Also, where has everyone been? JT was legit hard to watch his rookie year. He's a DICK. More of a rally really hot head who shows his emotions.
He's much better but clearly pulled a dick move today.

I think Thomas won this tourney. Other players should complain that he had an unfair advantage by rigging the audience.

he has a valid pt regarding fan behavior, but he let it get under his skin today and should not have, esp with 2 holes left ... as someone said earlier, turn and ask who said it, then ask them if they got anything else to say ... and the pga & tournament share some of the guilt as they push alcohol sales from the get go ...

Tiger hit it the water on 17 at Sawgrass back in the 03-05 range when we used to go when I was in college. Some guy yelled, “good shot Tiger, you fricking dick”. He was immediately escorted out.
