To hide the intention, there’s a reason teams carry a backup qb that plays a completely different style

Why would a team bring in a backup qb? There’s your answer. Faking an injury hides the intention and protects the reputation of the starter

So just bring in the backup
No teams have ever faked an injury to their starting QB so they could play the backup lol

Mention it once, whatever, but to keep bringing it up, it's almost like he's implying they lost because Syracuse was faking injuries when instead they lost because they absolutely suck.
