Yeah its not that hard to figure out. Penguin would probably argue that BR is an attractive draw for recruits.

Today, I would agree.
However, IF they ever get more $$$ and a stadium they will recruit themselves. Their recruits get to go to South Beach during visits. Thuggin' and lovin' it sells itself down there as well.
