This has been an outstanding Wimbledon. Usually, there's no drama until the semis and it looks like a foregone conclusion between the usual suspects.
Here, we had a great upset by Muller over Nadal, followed by Querry stunning Murray in the quarters. We've had two 5-set matches in the quarters (like last year, btut that was 1st time since 2007). So we have some fun early drama in which lower seeded players actually have a chance to knock off the favorites, but at the same time, we have Federer putting on an absolute clinic.
It's nice not having to wait until the semis for things to get interesting. It's already a fascinating tourney with tons of drama. And we haven't even gotten to the semis yet.
Also, the women's draw has been set on fire. That might be a bit too much. Only one top 4 player made the quarters, and none made the semis. But we still got Venus.
