The single most blatantly blown call you'll ever see.

This call didn't affect the outcome of the game or anything, but I've never seen anything quite like it.

This happened last night in an otherwise non-notable game between Ohio and Buffalo.

The QB throws the ball away at the 4 yard line.

For some reason the refs rule this intentional grounding in the endzone and a saftey.

They review it and see they blew it but say, "Hey this isn't reviewable so call stands"

So next time you wanna complain about the refs conspiring against your team, turns out often times human beings are just very incompetent.

Youtube has removed the TD that Vandy had on Auburn in 2001 when the Vandy Wr didnt even catch the ball and they gave him the 6.

After the game the refs basically acknowledged they totally blew it and were not looking and just guessed and shite, too bad it stands. Any scoring play should be fully reviewable IMO.

I know it's impossible for this thread not to devolve into butthurt fans bitching about calls that went against their team, but I guarantee you in no way were any of those calls nearly as horrible as that imaginary saftey was.

this thread is going to turn into every lsu fan posting every call that hasn't gone their way.

So i guess in that sense, kudos for at least corralling them all in one place.

That went against us? The PI no-call vs Auburn in 2006.

That went in our favor (in the spirit of fairness )? The pick/PI no-call vs Bama in 2004.

I saw that last night and couldn't believe when they said it's not reviewable. So what's to stop a ref on the take from ruling a safety on the 50 yard line to give a team down by 1 the victory?

It was the most ridiculous call I've ever seen.

Hey remember that game where my team got a bad call? THAT was the worst call in the history of football.

Auburn interference on Early Doucet in Auburn and Patrick Peterson's interception that never was.

My blood pressure just skyrocketed. Great.

You posted this on the SEC Rant, put it on the MSB if you want neutral opinions. I know its hard to figure out how this shite works, but neither team in the OP is in the SEC.

What about colorado @ missouri where colorado was given a fifth down (because the refs thought 3rd down was fourth?) close to the endzone and got a TD. And THATchanged the outcome of a game.

This would never happen today. Auburn could have burned a time out had a video review, so see if he actually caught the ball or not. Then if it is proven on video he did not make the catch, they get back the timeout they burned, and no 6 for the Vandy receiver.

that is just sad.

i hate the review policy anyway- it practically has to be an act of god to overturn a bad call much less given this situation where they couldn't even overturn it if they wanted.
