Penn State won the head to head against Ohio State and won the conference. No reason Ohio State should be put in over them.

I will not be shocked if the committee puts Penn State in over Washington.
I think OSU and Clemson in Arizona is a certainty though.

I think Washington and Clemson have such close resumes that they'll try to keep Washington in Phoenix rather than Atlanta.
