I told a guy at work a few months ago that if the Mets finish below the Marlins this season I may have to pull a new team from a hat until the Wilpons are gone, excluded the NL East....As of this morning they are a half game back.

its really fricking painful, I am becoming a GD Astros fan because of the incompetence of the ownership group

That should have been a season to build on.
Can MLB take the Mets away from the Wilpons? maybe sell them to someone who wont run them like a small market team.
