You are aware that the Blazers are a completely average team right?

Yes they are terrible..they start Plumlee, Henderson, and harkless/Aminu to go with DAME and CJ...its bad.

So Lilliard couldn't guard the worst player on the team......like curry does.

The Warriors largely switch everything on the perimeter, especially when they go small

Well, no one can do his job, so there's that.

Not sure what's funny. The Warriors likely wouldn't lose a beat if they replaced Curry with Lilliard.

Curry still has better shooting numbers. His PER is also way higher.

You're a sad person. It's a forum board. Even if the idea or opinion is "dumb", everyone but you is discussing it.

ear. Last season it easily could have gone to harden or Lebron
not really. boom is about to come in here and yell all day about VORP but steph clearly had the better year than both. and its not even close for lebron.

nope..curry can just be replaced by any other Shooting PG in that "system" and the Warriors would still win 70+ games

Its a great system that is spreading across the league..it wont be too long before everyone else is playing this "system" basketball.

They days of working on your craft and post game or driving to the goal and taking someone 1 on 1 is disappearing. It is now becoming a jack up a bunch of 3s and lets hope we make more than we miss....ala the quote "live and die by the 3"..

Curry on the court this season, GS is +17.9. Off the court, they're -4.3.

Tell me more!!!

I discuss things all the time. It is why I have an absurd number of posts. I will also make fun of you for saying dumb shite like you usually do.

No I'm not missing the point. You replace LBJ with PG13 and whatever team LBJ falls on likely becomes the favorite sans GS. PG13 has a legit argument for top 5 this year but I'm not sure he can carry a team and develop cohesiveness and chemistry like LeBron is able to do. Plus he has a hard time playing bigger than SF.

Defense isn't just about one on one matchups. Lillard gets lost on rotations as much as any starting PG in the league and gets abused any time he has to switch onto a great offensive player.

Curry isn't the best on-ball defender but he's really smart overall on that end and knows where to be. He always gives high effort in situations where he's switched onto a bigger player and has a great feel and quick hands for coming away with steals.

You have zero idea of the concept of spacing and having to do so from darn near 30 feet out as opposed to 20.

That statement shows that that is completely lost on you.

Then there's defense. Curry is an above average defender, Lillard is one of the worst at his position.

Yet again...talking VALUE...not Most Outstanding player...Which what the award should be named, and what Curry should get.

His Value to GS isn't that great..thats why there is no need to rush him back

You repeating this doesn't make the notion less stupid. Steph breaks team's defenses. There is some value to that.
