Norwood was with the Bills for another year (making a very important kick in AFC Championship Game). Then cut after that year. But it awesome to see Bills fans embrace him after that game.

Mr. Williams cost his employer Millions, in the Corporate World he would be history. But in Professional Sports you can fail and make Millions

Why do people keep saying this? Players are paid millions of dollars, more money in a year, than we will ever see in our entire lifetimes, to not frick up like he did last night. I don't feel sorry for someone that's crying all the way to the bank.
What a retarded take. Have another downvote.

Pathetic fricking moron. Go frick yourself.

Not this fan. frick him and I hope he is traded or cut before next season. Don't want him anywhere on the field. He will never be able to make up for it again, or ever get the chance. How he could show his face next season to the crowd in the dome would be insulting.

You people have no idea how the corporate world works.
People make million dollar decisions every fricking day. Some are right, some are wrong. You don't throw out the talent because you are pissed. This is what emotional children do. He will be replaced exactly when an upgrade to fill his position is found, and right now that is not high on the priority list. Morons....
Retarded fricking idiots trying to make themselves feel better.
