FIBA rules used to be that you couldn't have a jersey number greater than 15. That only changed fairly recently (2014, 2015?)

I know what his college career was. But I would have thought the whole roster would be NBA players.

Never noticed before but even Patrick Ewing looks like he hates Laettner in this picture.

Laettner was so out of place on that team. Shaq would have broken some goals in Barcelona.

I don't remember the exact specifics. that was the first year we sent pros instead of amateurs. Something about still needing at least one amateur maybe.

Such an iconic team, too bad we never got to see Larry and Magic strut their stuff for an olympic team in their prime but Jordan, Barkley, Mullin, and Pippen are sufficient
