Earlier this year I said the Lions would win at least 2 games. I am an idiot.

I said their defense was good too I think.

They look as bad as the 1980 Saints team except they may not win a game!! The 80'S Saints team was one of the WORST EVER!!!!!!!

I think the Lions pull a New England Patriots. They go 0-16; lose the first 2 games of the playoffs and they blow it all by winning the SuperBowl in an upset.

Cassel, Megatron, and Kevin Smith would be very, very solid at the skill spots.....but they need serious help in both trenches.

A Detroit player supposedly looked at Brees on the field and asked the coach, "What position does he play"?. Coach said, "QB".
The player said, "We need to get us one of those!"

Don't blame Marinelli too much -- Lombardi couldn't have won with this talent.

Matt Millen as GM may have been the most bizarre sports hire of my lifetime.

Getting rid of Millen was a good start for them.
