Which is why he was picked 42nd and could still go either way.

He was bad against the Raiders awful secondary in Denver to end the season, completed his season low of 17 passes against worst secondary in the league.

And his return to MO in KC was one of the worst QB performances of the season with a QBR of 13.

His final 3 starts of the season he had 2 TD's and 1 INT. Just chill and let him play.

yes Denver really wanted him but no one else saw that he was a lot better than what he did at Mizzou. It paid off. He is a rookie! Give him time and he will be starting from the beginning and not later when he got a break when the other quarterback got hurt. Also he is on a much better team than some of the other newcomers. Quarter back can hope for a right team that is going to help the quarterback progress than to kill the quarterback progress.

His “weapons” in that game were bottom tier too.

I’d be big mad too if my team selected a 2nd day CB in the middle of the first round.

You can get Denver’s W/L prior to him starting: 3-8

Ultimate Hog in here in full meltdown mode over a shitty Raiders draft. You hate to see it.

The joke was that no one uses W/L for a position player in any sport to evaluate a single player.

Spare me the weapons excuse good grief, that's almost as bad as win loss for pitchers.

Can’t wait to watch the Raiders finish in the bottom half of the division again. Yearly tradition.

He's a fricking animal and he was catching passes from scrubs last year, outside of Drew Lock.
Yes, Sutton is an animal, and was a beast for 4 seasons at SMU. But his last season he was outdone by a ex LSU WR - T Quinn who caught over a 100 balls for over a 1000 yds and 15 tds I think. Crazy, huh?? But Trey Quinn was underrated and victimized at LSU for drops in a crucial Alabama game that LSU almost won. But truth is he developed into a really good WR in a much more wide open SMU offense that allowed him to develop that talent he's got. Kid is athletic, and that's why he's in the NFL!

What does any of this have to do with Sutton being a pro bowl caliber player in just his second season?
