What happened? I'm not able to watch. I'm guessing Pastornicky bobbled an easy double play ball and failed to even record the force out.

Routine ground ball to SS with 2 outs, the runner was pretty close to 2b so Uggla didn't bother running to 2B, but Pastornicky flipped the ball to second anyway when he could have easily thrown to first, so the ball just dumped onto the ground and the runner scored all the ways from second on the error.

He tossed it to 2nd but Uggla wasn't covering bc the Reds runner was already at the back bc he ran on the pitch. Dumbass.

3-2 count runners were going so no one was covering the bag. Pastornicky tosses it towards the bag anyway. Run scores.

Delgado kept his cool and didn't give up the big hit. Im going to focus on that and not the error. It makes me feel better.

Like we were talking about yesterday....if he can't even make routine plays, his major league career will be a short one. I would say they should give him a few games at 3rd to see how he does over there, but I don't think his arm is strong enough.

We should be able to score runs against Bailey relatively easy. I don't know what's up.

Yep. But his arm plays horribly at SS, no way he could handle 3B. He's a utility middle infielder long term IMO, or a possible 2B I guess, but with his poor range at SS I can't think he'd have that much better range at 2B.

How well did you guys expect pastornicky to do? He's doing well IMO, all things considered.

I like Pastornicky. But not that one error. He has had some good hits.
