I want a Upton trade to the Padres for Tyson Ross. A rotation of Teheran/Ross/Miller/Wood/Minor could be beastly, and the oldest pitcher would be 27.
Trade Gattis for a descent hitting prospect, and sign a couple of outfielders to one year deals(Ludwick/Hairston/Schierholz). Draft DJ Stewart with our top pick, and hope that is is ready for Atlanta in 2017.

I'd prefer to shell out a little extra and make a run at Melky for that price. I don't know if I could stomach 12 million a year for Markakis.
If Rios would take a 1 year incentive based deal with a solid starting salary(5 mil-ish), I think he would make an interesting signing too.
