Ive been trying to figure out what to do w heyward. I think we need to give him a 2nd year slump thought and let him work it out but next year if he doesn't figure it out it
May be time to move on.

Uh no. You turn him loose at age 24-25. Not 21-23. Again big time assumption that he won't bounce next year like we know he's capable of.
