I've thought of that as well, but Frazier is so damn free-swinging. I don't think he's a great fit for the 2 hole.
I will say this, it's probably a good thing that Billy Hamilton is struggling his nuts off so far this year, or people in Cincy would be knocking down walls demanding to bring him up.
