I remember him doing the shoulder stretching thing earlier this year, I didn't think it had anything to do with the heat. The heat should loosen you up.

I honestly feel bad for him, because the media views him as a pussy. When in all actuality it's the Nats fault for making him out to be a pussy (not that I blame them).
