There’s news out today (at least I saw it today) that Ha Sang Kim is actually really close to being back and is playing sim games.

Heim expected to lose his roster spot to him and I imagine Murphy will take over that black guy we have playing back up at Short right now.

Apparently targeting early next month to return

I would imagine Kyle Farmer will be on the chopping block before Mateo. Farmer rarely plays now anyways. Keeping Mateo allows the Braves to have a backup shortstop while using Dubon as a super utility player. He is probably going to get a lot of time in left field (and some in center) against left handed pitching.
