The problem is a win-now team shouldn’t be expecting a rookie to save the day with an OPS in the .600’s at the most premium position.

AA treating SS like it’s LF has been weird since Dansby left

Kim was supposed to be that guy who could hit .265 with around 15 to 17 homers and adequate or above average defense. He did that in other seasons.
I agree AA makes mistakes, but he didn't cause Kim to slip on some ice, bust up his hand and hit under .100

Ehh Kim wasn’t a starting caliber SS before the offseason injury.
