This is just revisionist math. 3 of the 10 LIV golfers there are older champs Bubba, Schwartzel, and Sergio. DJ isnt old yet but he never seemed like a guy that would put in the work to stay competitive into his older years. I dont think any of them would be in the field without a champ exemption even if they were on the PGA tour.
Koepka played much better in round 2 than round 1 as well. Is that because he was LIV or because he is back on that PGA tour?
Bryson was great at the Masters last year, was he worse this year because LIV went from 54 to 72 hole tourneys?
Cameron Smith has obviously regressed, is that because of LIV or because he is rich as frick now and doesnt work as hard? That happens in all sports to some guys. Look at the 49ers WR that they couldn't even get to show up last year after he got his big contract.

Kurt Kitayama was near the top of the leaderboard all day in Round 1. He even held the lead for a stretch, and finished his day in a tie for third.
He was looking good yesterday also. Then he made the turn, and proceeded to shoot a 43 on the back nine. He still made the cut.
He started today off with a couple of bogeys, and now is in dead last.
First 27 holes: -3

He was 5th worst SG: around the greens rd 1 and dead last yesterday. Cant count on having perfect approach shots and incredible putting for too long at Augusta

Rory just has some more grey, which isn’t uncommon at his age for some men. He’s also in the sun all of the time.

The random Rory hate is really weird to me.
He’s not my favorite golfer by any stretch of the imagination but he’s awesome to watch.
I may be bias because I was there last year on Saturday and there for every shot on the back on Sunday. Sunday being one of the most epic rollercoasters I’ve been a part of but still, what he did was insane.
Tiger is an absolute chode personality wise, makes Rory look like a saint life choice wise and for some reason gets a free pass.
And I still love Tiger.
