All these “super proud Europeans” living in America married to American women making American babies.
That’s one of the most interesting things about the European “chemistry” they credit for their Ryder
Cup success.
Back when they started winning in the late 80’s and into the 90’s, they had a bunch of players like Sam Torrance and Mark James that rarely played in America. They credited the Euro-centric core of their team for their success.
More recently, the European teams are comprised of guys with tons of experience in America. Most have attended U.S. colleges and played on the PGA Tour. Yet, they still have maintained that Euro chemistry, even though most live in America and/or married to American women.

No, Luke poulter is just a piece of shite douche. He was born in America never lived anywhere else than America and recently did an interview where he said there is no way in hell he would play under the American flag

We couldn’t get some jets for flyover? Helicopters were kinda ghey

That had to be the worst mic’d event I’ve seen broadcasted in 20 years. The acoustics of Bob Dylan in the Astrodome at the rodeo were better.

If they were Apache I always think those are cooler than jets personally

I thought it was funny in the European pump up video that Luke Donald says something about how New York was built by Europeans.
I wish the US team responded with something like “yes, it was built by our ancestors who were first generation immigrants seeking better opportunities, better lifestyles, and leaving crappy situations back on that side of the Atlantic. They made a permanent move and embraced being Americans. You may be familiar with their stories, because it’s the same as many of your stories, except that instead of coming through Ellis Island, you moved to a mansion in Jupiter.”

He’s the son of one of the best European Ryder cuppers of all time, he should play under the English flag. And he’s like 19 years old, you’re an odd “man”
He was also born in England and presumably not even an American citizen

He was born in Orlando, never left Orlando until going to college in Gainesville.
Absolute cuck for not playing for Merica
Though I dont think Mondo is much better.
ETA seeing conflicting websites. Some say born in Orlando. Some say England.
But lived the entire part of his life he would remember here no matter what.

I actually watch golf 3-4 times a week unlike half the wannabes in here who tune in on a Sunday afternoon. I guarantee you're not watching the RSM at 1030am on Thursday

That doesnt mean he’s a citizen and he’s born to 2 english parents so I don’t even think he’s eligible to play under the American flag.
Don’t let the facts stop your melt though

so I don’t even think he’s eligible to play under the American flag.

Link?

has played under the flag
That’s assigned based on what he puts as his “hometown”
I’m a member of the Texas Golf Association, but if it puts my flag as the Louisiana State Flag if I put my original hometown… which would make me ineligible to play Texas state golf association events. The flag golf genius assigns you has nothing to do with what flag you play under

I can’t look up in a registry who is or isn’t citizens so this will be my last post to you here because you are going to keep it alive forever
He has been here in America since before he could go to school. His siblings were 100% confirmed born in America. To think Luke poulter isn’t a citizen takes your mind to ignore Occam’s razor and pretzel itself

Poulter grew up in Lake Nona, the son of Ryder Cup stalwart Ian Poulter of England — where Luke was born, lived until he was 4 and visits every summer.
Or, you know, you could just look it up.
He’s English born to two English parents. Unless he pursues his American citizenship, to which he’s made no indication he has or is going to do, he not an American citizen and presumably not eligible to play under the American flag.
It should be your last post on it, because you’re just making shite up.
Now I’ll go back to talking golf after proving you wrong…. Again
