I just don't see Koepka parring all the way in for +1.

Obviously he’d win more, but to say he’d be as dominant as Tiger is a little ridiculous IMO.
It’s also not like DJ’s a terrible putter. He’s top 25 in Strokes Gained: Putting this year if I’m not mistaken.
